Designed to comply with architectural design principals of The Waccamaw Neck Commercial Overlay Zone, this 7,500 square foot medical facility accommodates a Rheumatology and Neurology practice. The design provides exam rooms and offices organized around a core nurses station. The facility also includes a lab, and x-ray room, an infusion room, and several procedure rooms. This facility is one complex of three medical buildings that together creates a sense of place nestled among existing oaks.
