An award winning retail complex, Downtown Pawleys accommodates two retail shops and one restaurant within the 10,000 square foot structure. Located within the Waccamaw Neck Commercial Overlay Zone, the design incorporates the architectural design principles by the use of roof forms, overhangs, and porches to provide a pedestrian scale as well as the massing required for visibility from the road.
